Started with making the stairs safe, then reworked several rooms with walls to allow that, reworked bath, new windows, etc.. Price went to the upper range of the estimate. From the installation of a new front door and custom built front steps to a rebuilt farmers porch with custom made composite flower boxes, everything was built with precision and an eye toward style.
